- Our return/refund policy last 30 days. If 30 days have past since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please forward a photograph of damaged product with a full description to info@coastalchasocandleco.com.

 Once your return is received we will notify you by email  and your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of purchase typically within 3-10 business days. 

 Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As we are a small business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. 

All candles are made to order and are normally processed within 7-10  business days.  You will receive email notification when your order has been processed and on its way.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.  We currently only ship within the U.S. Please note USPS may be experiencing delays and we are NOT responsible for any lost/undelivered/stolen packages once they leave us.   

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos within 3 days of receiving and a detailed description in your email.

All candles will be shipped in standard shipping boxes unless otherwise requested.
